Shipping
All our goods and services are shipped by City Link , Pos Laju Malaysia & Pos Ekspress. We have a 99.9% successful delivery rate with this 3rd party service provider. We do not accept repsonsibility for inconveniance caused by late or non delivery of goods. our tracking processes will be implemented 1 week after normal delivery period if your item does not arrive. 

Returns
Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by the Customer Services Manager. The cost of any items that have been found to be damaged in transit or missing will be refunded to you within 30 working days of receiving the items back.

Your Order 
Orders of in-stock merchandise ship from our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia warehouse from receipt of your order. We will notify you by email of any anticipated delays.

Orders shipping to US military bases, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada usually take longer. You may email us questions about your order at any time.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is applicable for order above RM 200 in a single transaction/receipt.

Delivery 
Please note that Canadian import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the order. All International/Foreign orders are subject to local taxes payable upon receipt of order and are the responsibility of the recipient. For international shipping, plase send us email for rates.

1. Within Same City RM10 ( Selangor, Kuala Lumpur) (1st 5kg)
2. Within Peninsular Malaysia RM10* (1st 5kg)
3. Between Peninsular and Sarawak RM15* (1st kg)
4. Between Peninsular and Sabah RM15*(1st Kg)

Note: every additonal kg will be charge at RM2 per kg (for Peninsular Malaysia ) RM 15per kg (for sabah & sarawak)

Domestic Poslaju (EMS) Delivery Standard (1st 500gms)

1. Within Same City RM7* ( Selangor, Kuala Lumpur)
2. Within Peninsular Malaysia RM8*
3. Between Peninsular and Sarawak RM9*
4. Between Peninsular and Sabah RM9*

Pos Express (Maximum 1kg)

1.  Within Peninsular Malaysia/ Sabah/ Sarawak RM3.50 (250 gm), RM4.50 (500gm), RM6 (750gm), RM7 (1kg) 

Standard delivery time is 2-4 working days once the payment is made and confirmed. Orders that are placed on weekends or Malaysia public holidays will be then processed on the following working day. If all items ordered are in stock, 24hrs-go-ahopping shall send out the order on the next working day to the address you registered with us.

When payment transaction is succeeded, a Shipping Tracking Number will be sent to you. Any delay of the shipment or goods are out of stocks will be notified through email or sms.

Please provide the address where someone will be at home to receive the products, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest main post office.

All items are new and in good condition before shipping. Kindly note that 24hrs-go-shopping are not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

Customer shall pay for the shipping fees again if shipping was returned due to incorrect address provided by customer.

NOTE: Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment made, not order date.

In order to track your shipment status, please go to www.poslaju.com.my/emstrack/ by key in your PosLaju tracking # that we have sent to you. For Pos Ekspress, please go to http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?c=/v1/TrackTrace/PosEkspres/first1.asp by key in your tracking number.

You can always monitor the status of your order by selecting Order Status or login to your Account by selecting Order History, the whole process shall not take more than 7 working days after the verification unless the product is out of stock and 24hrs-go-shopping needs to refurnish our product. 24hrs-go-shopping will contact you if there is delay on delivery, and other options can be provided.
